The goal of the ForagePro program is to provide forage producers proven products, services, and technology that will allow them to maximize economic opportunities in the production of meat, milk, and hay.

The ForagePro staff will use a hands on approach, combining practical experience, technical knowledge, and proven systems. We will draw from worldwide expertise allowing ForagePro to offer cattlemen/dairymen of the quad-state area the latest and best production systems.

The ForagePro program will provide customers with services of on farm analysis of current programs, soil test, fertility rates and schedules, and weed control recommendations. We will assist clients in determining proper paddock size, forage mix, stocking rates, and time of use. ForagePro will work with the producer to set annual production goals, annual forage/feed budgets, and assist in monitoring production and progress toward these annual goals.

ForagePro will work to provide and facilitate the use of the latest and best herd health products and technologies. We will be a conduit for new technologies in herd management, market needs and what type product the market is looking for.

Our goal is to become a true partner with the cattlemen/dairymen of Kentucky in the profitable production of meat and milk.
