Bret Winsett is a Forage Specialist with Miles-ForagePro, working with producers and store personnel to help improve farmers’ productivity and profitability in regards to grazing and hay production. Bret is officed at Miles Corporate office in Owensboro, KY and is the Coordinator of Miles ForagePro, Technical Support. Bret received his B.S. and Master’s degrees from Purdue University in Crop and Soil Science and Plant Breeding/Genetics, respectively. Prior to coming to Miles Farm Supply in 2002, Bret worked in forage research and development for 19 years focusing on product development and forage management and has developed over 20 orchardgrass, fescue and timothy varieties that are currently on the market today in the U.S and Canada.

Michael Tate has been in the livestock business for over 35 years in Breckinridge Co. Michael and his wife Rita and son Evan farm outside Hardinsburg Ky they raise club calves, bulls and buy and sell bred heifers they have a successful AI breeding program in place. Michael has been manager of a retail fertilizer, chemical and feed in Hardinsburg for 20 years. Michael has been involved with 4-H and FFA for 15 years; he is on the state beef improvement council and is chairman of the Ohio Valley Preview show. Michael being a cattle producer knows the needs of other producers and would like to help you with your forage, equipment, feed and rotation grazing needs .

Jeff Richardson is the Marketing Lead for Miles - Forage-Pro. He over see's the development of the Forage-Pro product and service offerings to enhance the profitability of Miles customers. Jeff has over fifteen years experience in the retail farm supply business working with farmer customers developing solutions for their operations. Jeff received his B.S. in AG Econ. from Western Ky. University and has been a Certified Crop Advisor for the past twelve years. He has worked with producers in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Illinois on crop and livestock operations. His other duties include Marketing responsibility for Miles Farm Supply's Opti-Crop division.
